The basic principle of an e-cigarette

All e-cigarettes work on the same principle: a battery powers a heating element that turns a liquid into an aerosol, which the user inhales through the mouthpiece. The liquid contains flavourings and, depending on the product, nicotine.

What differs from one device to another is how these elements are arranged: with a puff, everything is combined in a single, non-rechargeable device, whereas a kit separates the reusable battery from the liquid reservoir, known as a pod.

ISOK therefore offers three families: the ISOK X and ISOK NEOS disposable puffs, the ISOK PRO range and the ISOK NEOS 2.0 rechargeable system with its prefilled pods. These products are intended exclusively for adults: sale is restricted to persons aged 18 and over.

The disposable puff: ready to use

A puff is a disposable, ready-to-use e-cigarette. It can be used straight out of the packaging: there is no charging or refilling to do. Once the liquid runs out, the device has reached the end of its use.

ISOK X and ISOK NEOS puffs offer up to 800 puffs with 2% nicotine (20 mg/ml). A few ISOK X flavours are also available at 0%, nicotine-free. They are sold in packs of 10 and, for many flavours, also in packs of 30, 50 or 100. Please note: the ISOK X range is no longer being restocked, so the flavours available depend on existing stock.

The ISOK PRO range works on the same ready-to-use principle, with a capacity of 2,000 puffs and 0% nicotine-free versions.

The ISOK NEOS 2.0 rechargeable kit and its pods

The ISOK NEOS 2.0 system consists of two separate parts:

• the device, which contains the battery and is charged via a USB-C cable;
• the prefilled pod, a small 2 ml reservoir that clips onto the device.

Each pod provides up to 800 puffs, with 2% nicotine (20 mg/ml). When it is empty, you remove it and clip on a new pod, without handling any liquid: the pod comes already filled.

The device is draw-activated: there is no button to press. Simply inhale through the mouthpiece and the device switches on.

The ISOK NEOS 2.0 kit includes the device and one pod. ISOK NEOS 2.0 pods are then available separately, in packs of 2, in 16 flavours.

Getting started with an ISOK NEOS 2.0 pod

Using a pod for the first time requires a few simple steps, to be followed in order:

1. Remove all the silicone caps from the pod, including the small plug underneath the pod, which is easy to miss.
2. Wait 15 seconds before going any further.
3. Insert the pod into the device until you hear a click.
4. Inhale through the mouthpiece: the device activates automatically.

If the device does not respond, first check that all the caps have been removed and that the pod is properly clicked in. Also remember to charge the device via its USB-C port. For any other questions, the FAQ and customer service are at your disposal.

Puff or pod: how to choose based on your use

The choice mainly depends on how you want to use your e-cigarette:

• The puff suits you if you want a self-contained device requiring no handling: no cable, no parts to assemble. You open it and use it.
• The rechargeable kit suits you if you prefer to keep the same device and replace only the pod. It simply requires charging the battery from time to time and changing the pod once empty.

Another criterion is nicotine. ISOK NEOS 2.0 pods contain 2% nicotine (20 mg/ml). If you are looking for a nicotine-free product, certain ISOK X puffs and the ISOK PRO range offer 0% versions.

Finally, changing flavour is easy in both cases: with the kit, simply clip another pod onto the same device.

Flavours: finding your way

ISOK flavours are referred to by their English name, as shown on the packaging. To help you find your way, they can be grouped by sensation:

• fresh and icy: Ice Mint, Blackberry Ice, Watermelon Ice, Peach Ice, Cherry Ice;
• fruity: Mix Berries, Blueberry, Strawberry, Grapey, Strawberry Watermelon;
• tobacco: Tobacco Golden for the pods, Golden Tobacco for the kit, or Tobacco Mint as a puff.

The ISOK NEOS 2.0 kit comes in several versions depending on the flavour of the included pod, for example Blackberry Ice, Mint Ice or Golden Tobacco. You can then add any of the pods in the range.
