ISOK: the brand and its e-cigarette ranges in Switzerland

ISOK in Switzerland: who distributes the brand

ISOK is an e-cigarette brand distributed in Switzerland by Vapora Distribution Sàrl, based in Geneva. On vapora.ch, the ISOK range is divided into three families: the rechargeable ISOK NEOS 2.0 device with its prefilled pods, the disposable e-cigarettes (often called puffs) ISOK X and ISOK NEOS, and the ISOK PRO models.

The searches “isok puff” and “isok vape” therefore refer to different products. This article describes each range to help you identify the one that suits your use. The sale of these products is restricted to persons aged 18 and over.

ISOK NEOS 2.0: the rechargeable device and its pods

The ISOK NEOS 2.0 is the brand's rechargeable range. It is based on two elements:

• the device, rechargeable via a USB-C cable;
• the prefilled pod, with a capacity of 2 ml, which clips onto the device.

Each pod provides up to 800 puffs and contains nicotine at 2% (20 mg/ml). The device is draw-activated: there is no button to press. Nor is there any liquid to pour, as the pod arrives already filled.

The ISOK NEOS 2.0 kit includes the device and one pod. After that, you only replace the pod. ISOK NEOS 2.0 pods come in 16 flavours, sold in packs of 2. They include fresh and icy profiles (Ice Mint, Blackberry Ice, Peach Ice, Frozen Mango), fruity profiles (Blueberry, Mix Berries, Strawberry Watermelon) and a tobacco profile (Tobacco Golden).

Getting started with an ISOK NEOS 2.0 pod

Fitting a new pod involves a few simple steps, shown on the product pages:

1. Remove all the silicone plugs, including the small tip located under the pod. This is the most common oversight.
2. Wait about 15 seconds.
3. Insert the pod into the device until you hear the click.

The device is then ready: simply inhale through the mouthpiece. If the pod does not activate despite these steps, first check that no plug has been left in place and that the device is charged. For any other difficulty, customer service can be reached at contact@vapora-distribution.com.

ISOK X and ISOK NEOS disposable puffs

ISOK X and ISOK NEOS puffs are disposable, ready-to-use e-cigarettes: no recharging, no refilling, no pod to change. Each device offers up to 800 puffs, with nicotine at 2% (20 mg/ml). A few ISOK X flavours are also available at 0%, for example Peach Ice 0% or Strawberry Watermelon 0%.

These puffs are sold in packs of 10. For many flavours, packs of 30, 50 or 100 units are also available. Everything is grouped in the ISOK X & ISOK NEOS collection, which includes Watermelon Ice, Green Grape Mint, Tobacco Mint and Blue Razz Cherry.

Please note: the ISOK X range is no longer being restocked. The products still shown reflect the available stock; a sold-out flavour will not necessarily return.

ISOK PRO: 2,000 puffs and 0% versions

The ISOK PRO range stands out with a stated capacity of 2,000 puffs. It is offered in 0% versions, i.e. nicotine-free, making it intended for adults who want the gesture and the flavour without nicotine.

The available flavours are presented on the ISOK PRO page, for example Apple Crush, Grape or Pink Lemonade. For information not shown on the product page, contact customer service rather than relying on unofficial sources.
